Return & Refund Policy
Order cancellation: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
* We have a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the day you receive the product. The return policy applies in the following cases:
1. The product is defective from the supplier’s end, and you should take a photo and send it to us as soon as you unpack the package.
2. You receive the wrong product compared to your order.
3. You no longer want to keep the product (in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee).
* Requirements for returning the package:
The product must be unused and kept with the original tags, labels, and packaging. Please pack it back into the box as you received it. We will provide you with a return address, and whether you need to pay the return shipping fee will be determined at the time of the return.
Refunds: Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-4 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
*After receiving the returned item and conducting an inspection, we will refund you through the original payment method. The processing time for the funds to be transferred into your account may take 7-10 days from the date you receive our refund notification.
*We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
